What Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Email address: Used for product delivery, support, and communication.
• Purchase metadata: Transaction information via Stripe (payment processor) including purchase date and amount.
• Basic analytics: Website usage data to improve our service.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not access your CRM, lead lists, or customer data unless you explicitly request our Done-For-You (DFY) setup service. If you use DFY services, data handling is discussed separately and with your explicit consent.

Cookies and Tracking

We use the following tracking technologies:

• Meta Pixel: For conversion tracking and ad measurement. This may collect browser and device information.
• Third-party pixels: May collect browser, device, and usage data for analytics and advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

We share data with the following parties:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data according to their privacy policy.
• Meta Platforms: For conversion measurement via Conversions API. When available, we send hashed (encrypted) email identifiers only. Meta does not receive your raw email address.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data by emailing us at support@leadback.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
